The Doctor House is involved in the COVID-19 vaccine rollout. We are encouraging our patients to receive the COVID-19 vaccine when it is available and offered to them.

When you are eligible for your vaccination, you can book an appointment by calling the clinic on 4095 2400. Please print and complete the COVID-19 consent form to bring along to your appointment.
We are scheduled to join the national roll-out initiative as of the 6th of April, 2021. When we receive our stock, we will have a limited number of vaccination doses available each week. There is currently a lot of interest in being vaccinated and we thank you for your patience as our staff work to their best ability to help support the community during this time.
